Methodology and Quality:
Proper project management methodology and Quality Assurance of the extended enterprise.

Mondragon Sistemas has developed SISCAM Project Met, a system for project management that implies a V modelised management : it is a structured method, based upon a cycle of life in the form of a V, that proposes the procedures for the correct development of the systems.

Furthermore, it allows the follow up of the complete V cycle of life of the product, from the first contact with the customer until the signature of the commissing after complete reception and validation in the plant.

The SISCAM Project Met applies to all and each of the sub-processes of the cycle : pre-conception, acceptance of the order, homologation of the providers, etc ... It involves all the staff of the extended enterprise, from our General Manager to the smallest subcontractor.
Technical support network:
We have developed an entire network of offices and partner-companies that ensure in all the phases of a project an adequate technical support, After Sales Service inclusive, offering our customers the complete assurance of operativity of the installed systems.

Regarding quality management, we use a set of dedicated informatical tools for a daily up-to-dating of our quality processes.
R+D+I in Mondragon Sistemas:
In the fields of Research, Development and Innovation, Mondragon Sistemas has developed an important number of projects, mainly in collaboration with National and/or European standing Research Centers and Companies.
