MONDRAGON
SISTEMAS S.Coop. is a co-operative in which all the people who work in
it are shareholders.
It means that we all participate to the company decisions and in the definition
of the distribution of benefits under the form of interests to capital.
The global levels of remuneration, that include the variable part and
distribution of benefits, are above the market.
In
MONDRAGON SISTEMAS, we are permanently selecting personnel for our co-operative:
mainly informatical and electronical engineers, although we also incorporate
other types of professionnals for other departments of the Company.
The Curriculum Vitae we receive are forwarded to an internal data bank
we permanently consult, at each initiation of a selection process for
a defined position. Such a process generally lasts from one to three months.
