It integrates and transforms into useful information data obtained from different sources such as: - On-line fix-posts : light terminals or PCs in the close neighborhood of production machines
- Mobile identification systems: barcode pistols, batch, radio-frequency, TAGs, ...
- PCs for the exploitation of the generated information
- Warehouse server and data support.

Tracelia data/capture system

TRACELIA is a MES system that has been developed by MONDRAGON SISTEMAS for the productive industrial
enterprises.


On what concerns data, it automatically solves capture, arrangement, treatment and management of the thousands of required inputs for the adequate planning of production, for product optimisation and for improvement of outputs and yields in the productive process.
The system includes a powerful and structured configurator that contemplates the different aspects, from the organisation of the factories to the configuration of each machine, working calendar ... It is designed on a distributed and open architecture, connectable to the main standard interfaces available in the market, with a production database and a standard database that provide security and reliability in the later exploitation of the numerous collected data and informations.
The obtained informations allow reduction of scraps, increase of productivity, better response delays, efficient cost reduction.
